Cool Pavements Workshop: Developing Research and Implementation Strategies

EPA organized a stakeholder meeting to discuss the current state of cool pavements, identify opportunities for organizations to establish cool paving research or implementation projects, and develop strategies to assess costs and benefits and, where feasible, increase their use. The 'Cool Pavements: Developing Research and Implementation Strategies Workshop,' was held June 27, 2005 in Washington, DC.
