Patrick H. Quinn

Patrick Quinn has been named Associate Administrator of the Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs. Quinn, who has been with the agency since 1986, is a native of Rhode Island and a University of Virginia graduate. He has served as the Assistant to the Deputy Administrator and since 1987 has been Director of the Office of Congressional Liaison. Quinn's new position is one of three Associate Administrator positions being created under a reorganization of the Office of External Affairs. One of the other two offices will be responsible for regional and state operations and the other for communication with the general public, including environmental education. Al l press activities will continue to be handled by the EPA Press Office. The new Associate Administrators will report directly to the Administrator and Deputy Administrator.
