AO Functional Statements


2000 - The Office of the Administrator provides the overall supervision to the Agency. The Administrator is responsible to the President, and is assisted by the Deputy Administrator and staff offices including: Administrative Law Judges, Civil Rights, Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Science Advisory Board, Executive Support, Executive Secretariat, Cooperative Environmental Management, Pollution Prevention Policy Staff, and Environmental Appeals Board. In addition, the Administrator is assisted by Associate Administrators for Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations, Communications, Education, and Media Relations, and Policy, Economics, and Innovation.
