The objectives of the workshop were to:

- Develop ideas for how agencies and programs in New England can use this data within their region
Attendees of the workshop included federal, state, and local health and environmental officials, as well as representatives of non-governmental and community organizations, academic researchers, and selected industry representatives and consultants.
The workshop consisted of presentations from federal and state government, non-governmental organization, and academia representatives on accessing, reviewing, and utilizing health and environmental effects data made available for HPV chemicals from the HPV Challenge Program and other sources.
