IES Handbook

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view some of the files on this page. See EPA's About PDF page to learn more about PDF, and a link to the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This document is intended to serve as a resource to support the development of co-benefits analysis projects in developing countries—projects that can reduce both conventional air pollution and greenhouse gases through “integrated” measures. The document provides detailed information on developing such analytic and/or policy-related projects by describing the U.S. EPA’s Integrated Environmental Strategies program.

If you need help accessing any of the documents below, please contact the IES Communications Manager (ies@epa.gov) at (202) 343-9247.

From here, you can view several versions of the IES Handbook (some designed for quick downloading, others for high-quality printing).
