State/EPA Environmental Innovation Symposia
NCEI cosponsors symposia for States and EPA that enable learning and discussion about a wide range of environmental policy innovations. This conference is the only one of its kind designed exclusively for State and EPA innovators. The first two events were held in 2000 and 2003, and a third one is planned for 2006. Co-sponsors for all 3 symposia include the Council for Excellence in Government and the Environmental Council of the States.
