Contact the IRIS Hotline

The Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Program provides information on the health effects of chemicals, and IRIS assessments include information about health hazards as well as toxicity values that can be used in human health risk assessment. The IRIS Hotline provides information on chemicals included in the IRIS database.  Requests for information on chemicals that are not included in IRIS or for information that is not part of the IRIS chemical assessment will not be addressed by this hotline.

The IRIS Hotline phone number is (202) 566-1676.

We strive to respond to every request with an answer or an appropriate referral as quickly as possible. Most requests will be responded to within 10 business days. Please submit your question or comment using the form below. Please make sure to include your correct email address if you would like an email response.
