Program Description:
MACRO is a 501(c)3, multi-state member organization that encourages, educates and coordinates the review and development of regionally effective programs and policy issues directed at recycling, market development, source reduction and recycled-content purchasing.

Mid-America Council Of Recycling Officials (MACRO) ('98 - Midwest Recycling Investment Forum)
Under this project, MACRO and its 14 member states conducted an investment forum in Cincinnati in September 1999.
