At the 2006 LMOP Conference, held in Baltimore, Maryland on January 17-19, attendees learned about the latest projects, technologies and financial incentives and once again the conference included technical presentations, exhibits, and a Project Expo. Listed below are the panels held at the conference and the speakers who presented.
