State Partner Program
Through LMOP, the EPA forms partnerships with state environmental and
energy agencies and other organizations to lower barriers and increase
opportunities for landfill gas (LFG) energy project development. State
energy and environmental agencies join the program by signing the LMOP
State Partner Memorandum of Understanding.
