- Environmental Capital assists its clients in the preparation of emissions offsets or carbon credits for sale and in the direct placement of credits with buyers. The revenues derived from those carbon credit sales may make such projects financially viable or significantly increase the volume of GHG emissions reductions from those projects. Businesses wishing to offset their own carbon footprint or to assist in the reductions of GHG emissions can purchase carbon credits from projects directly. Environmental Capital represents a number of clients with emissions offsets/carbon credits for sale. These credits are primarily produced by projects that reduce emissions from landfills and wastewater treatment facilities.
