- Seward County Landfill is a regional Subtitle D landfill serving southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma Panhandle. Seward County recovers LFG from two existing Subtitle D cells and pipes it to National Beef Packing Company where the gas is used for steam power generation for anaerobic lagoons.
