Description	This purpose of this report is to respond to a recommendation by the Delaware Division of Public Health to investigate air quality near a statistical cluster of cancer incidences in the Indian River area of Sussex County. This report measures Air Quality around the NRG coal-burning power plant within this area. Report finds that Air Quality is the same around the NRG plant and in the adjacent Sussex County.
