RESERVATIONS
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Sunday, September 23, 2007, and departure on Wednesday, September 26, 2007. You may make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (919) 941-6200 or toll free at (800) 228-9290. Make sure that you identify yourself as a member of the EPA Biomonitoring Meeting to receive the conference group rate. THE ROOM BLOCK WILL BE IN EFFECT AT THE CONFERENCE GROUP RATE UNTIL THURSDAY, AUGUST 30, 2007, ONLY. ANY ROOM RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A SPACE AND RATE AVAILABILITY BASIS. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m. Any reservation cancellations must be made prior to 6:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled arrival date or charges will apply.

Driving From Raleigh-Durham International Airport:
Hotel Distance and Direction: 3 miles West
Follow 1-40 West to Exit 281, which is S. Miami Boulevard. Turn right (North) onto S. Miami Boulevard and then turn right (East) onto Guardian Drive. The hotel is on your right.
Hotel Shuttle Service:
The Marriott at Research Triangle Park has a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel that is available from
5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Use the courtesy telephone in the airport baggage claim area to call the hotel to arrange for pick-up.
Taxi Service:

Driving Directions:
Distance and Direction: 3 miles West
Turn left out of the hotel onto Guardian Drive. Turn left onto S. Miami Boulevard and then turn left onto the ramp to I-40 West. Follow I-40 West to Exit 279A onto NC-147 South toward TW Alexander Drive for 0.8 miles. Proceed to the T-intersection (stoplight) and turn left onto T.W. Alexander Drive. Go 0.3 miles to the stoplight and turn left into the main entrance of the EPA-RTP Campus. Visitors must stop at the Guard’s station to show photo identification and get a parking pass. Continue past the National Computer Center on the left as you come up the driveway and follow the signs to the Main Campus entrance and visitor’s lot.
Meeting Shuttle:
If you are staying at the Marriott at Research Triangle Park, we have procured the use of a shuttle service through Cardinal Coach to transport you to and from the meeting. Space is limited, so please be prompt. The schedule is as follows:
September 24
Depart hotel at 6:45 and 7:45 a.m. (two runs)
Depart EPA at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. to return to Marriott (two runs).
September 25
Depart hotel at 7:00 a.m.
Depart EPA at 3:15 p.m. to the airport/Marriott.
