RESERVATIONS
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Sunday, November 8, 2009, and departure on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. You may make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (702) 795-2800 or 1-800-EMBASSY. Make sure you identify yourself as a member of EPA’s Nano Meeting to receive the group rate. The room block will be in effect at the government rate until October 2, 2009. Any room reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Any cancellation made by an individual must be done no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellation made after the 72-hour period or a no-show will be charged 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card on file. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL
From McCarran International Airport
Exit the airport North onto Swenson Street. Stay on Swenson Street for approximately 1/2 mile. After crossing Harmon Road, the hotel entrance will be on the left (West) side of the street.
From I-15
Exit at Tropicana Avenue. Take Tropicana Avenue East to Swenson Avenue. Take Swenson Avenue North 1/4 mile, and the hotel will be on the left.
From the Las Vegas Strip
Take Tropicana Avenue East to Swenson Avenue. Take Swenson Avenue North 1/4 mile, and the hotel will be on the left.
