A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, and departure on Friday, March 19, 2010. Please be sure to identify yourself as a member of the EPA Environmental Research and Decision Making Meeting to receive the group rate. The room block will be in effect at the government rate until February 16, 2010. Any room reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Any cancellation made by an individual must be done by calling the hotel directly no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellation made after the 72-hour period or a no-show will be charged 1-nights room and tax to the credit card on file.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
From the airport, follow signs to the George Washington Memorial Parkway North to I-395 North. Bear left onto US-1 North toward Washington. US-1 becomes 14th Street, NW. Turn right onto New York Avenue, NW. Veer to the right onto H Street, NW. The hotel will be at the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.

From Washington Dulles International Airport:
Take the Dulles Toll Road/VA-267 East. The Dulles Toll Road/VA 267 will become Route 66. Follow Route 66 East and take the US-50 East/Constitution Avenue Exit. Go straight ahead to merge onto US-50. Turn left on 15th Street, NW, and then turn right onto New York Avenue, NW. Turn right onto H Street, NW. The hotel will be at the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.

From Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport:
Take I-95 South to Exit 22B, Baltimore-Washington Parkway South. Take the exit for New York Avenue and travel 6 miles. Turn left onto 5th Street, NW, and travel 3 blocks. Turn right on H Street, NW, and travel 5 blocks. The hotel will be at the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.

From the South:
Take I-95 North to I-395 North to the 14th Street Bridge. As the lanes split, stay to the right. Take the exit for 12th Street and continue through the tunnel for 8 blocks. Turn right onto H Street and travel for 1 block. The hotel will be at the corner of 11th and H Streets, NW.

METRO INFORMATION

The Metro system operates from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Monday through Thursday; 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. on Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. on Saturday; and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on Sunday. Each passenger must purchase a farecard to travel in the system. Guides for purchasing farecards are posted on the vending machines in each station. Each Metro car features a complete color-coded map of the system. Station attendants on duty at each station can provide additional information on request.

Metro Directions From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
Take the Blue Line toward Largo Town Center to the Metro Center Station. Exit the station using the 11th Street exit. There is an entrance to the hotel as you exit the station. Please visit www.wmata.com for additional Metro information, system map, and for directions.
