1998 STAR Graduate Fellow
University of South Carolina at Columbia
Thanks for the opportunity to update my fellow database entry. The EPA STAR fellowship was a wonderful experience for me and has led me to my current position as an Assistant Professor. I'm glad to help in any way possible.
Georgette: just an update. I received my first EPA STAR grant last year as a PI (the details are on my fellow database entry), and I've just received a second STAR grant as a co-PI. My third STAR grant proposal is in review right now. Finally, I just served on a STAR grant review panel with Bronda Harrison in April. Am I the first STAR fellow to successfully compete for a full STAR grant? Just curious - it might make for a nice PR story if so. Hope all is well.
