Reuse and revitalization at RCRA facilities is the central theme for this year's National RCRA Corrective Action Conference. Two full days will be devoted to exploring how the land where RCRA facilities reside can be restored to environmental and economic vitality that best serves the needs of their surrounding communities. Highlights include:

• a hands-on workshop where participants will work collaboratively to develop cleanup and revitalization strategies at RCRA sites,

• an opportunity to hear about and see the redevelopment of the City of Providence including participating in a walking tour,

• plenary and concurrent sessions featuring speakers at all levels of government and industry who are championing improved management and cost-effective cleanup and revitalization of RCRA Corrective Action facilities, and

• a chance to find out the strategies and actions that have contributed to revitalized RCRA facilities.
