The Network Disharge Monitoring Report (NetDMR) electronic reporting system is used for the receipt of discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program (40 CFR 122.41 & 403.12). The system is consistent with the standards in CROMERR §3.2000, including the §3.2000(b)(5) standards for electronic signatures and identity-proofing for "priority reports."
