Dennis Tabor

Dennis Tabor is a analytical chemist in the US EPA Office of Research and Development, National Risk Management Laboratory, Air Pollution Prevention and Control Division, (APPCD), Air Pollution Technology Branch (APTB). Dennis earned a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Physics from Wake Forest University, in 1981. He earned his MS in Analytical Chemistry from Emory University in 1987.

Research Area
Dennis has managed various EPA analytical labs since 1991 since he was a contractor to EPA before joining the EPA. The lab Dennis currently operates is an organic analysis laboratory with a high focus on polychlorinated dioxins and furans. He has co-authored more than ten papers on various environmentally related topics. He is a member of Sigma Xi (the scientific research society), and a 25 year member of the American Chemical Society.
