Their information can be found on the State & Regional Biosolids Coordinator Locator web page. It is the permitting authority’s prerogative as to if or when dialogue between the Pathogen Equivalency Committee and potential applicants will begin.

However, to receive basic information and guidance, or if you are having difficulty determining the appropriate permitting authority you may email the Pathogen Equivalency Committee. Please include your full name, organization (if applicable), your email address and phone number.
