Notes

Research Triangle Park (RTP) Childcare began reporting in FY 2006. As a result, FY 2003 data for this facility does not exist.
Kansas City Science and Technology Center began operations in mid-FY 2003; its FY 2003 baseline uses FY 2004 data as a proxy.
Edison (Butler/ORD) began reporting in FY 2007. As a result, FY 2003 data for this facility does not exist.
