April 4, 2008: EPA awarded Contract EP-W-08-034 to Computer Sciences Corporation, the MEO team subcontractor. The effective period of the contract is from May 1, 2008 through September 30, 2012, with four 12-month award terms. The ceiling price of the contract is $206,982,590.
March 10, 2008: The Source Selection Authority made a performance decision in favor of the EPA Most Efficient Organization (MEO).
February 8, 2008: The ITS-UP standard competition is currently in the source selection process. The current point of contact has been updated below.
May 31, 2007: Amendment 0009 was issued.
May 23, 2007: Amendment 0008 was issued, and instructions for obtaining the EPA Personal Property and Procedures Manual were provided.
May 18, 2007: More responses were provided for questions/comments.
May 17, 2007: RFP Amendment 0007 was issued. THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM May 21, 2007 to June 4, 2007. The PWS and TE1 was updated, and responses were provided to questions/comments.
May 15, 2007: RFP Amendment 0006 was issued. The PWS was updated.
May 14, 2007: RFP Amendment 0005 was issued. Technical Exhibit 10 was updated.
May 11, 2007: RFP Amendment 0004 was issued. The PWS was updated, and attachment 20 was added.
May 9, 2007: RFP Amendment 0003 was issued. The Response to PWS Questions/Comments was posted. Attachments 1, 2, 3, 7, and 9 were modified, and attachment 19 was added.
May 2, 2007: RFP Amendment 0002 was issued. THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM May 14, 2007 to May 21, 2007.
April 25, 2007: RFP Amendment 0001 was issued. Response to Questions/Comments on the RFP were posted. An additional set of Responses to Questions/Comments (regarding the PWS and printing) will be posted in approximately one week. THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM MAY 7, 2007 to MAY 14, 2007.
