Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) Templates and ITS-BISS I Contract Data Analysis were added. See attachments below.
Note to Potential ITS-BISS Offerors:
1. SOW Change: The updated Draft ITS-BISS II Contract SOW reflects a significant change in the scope of Functional Area 2. The scope of Functional Area 2 has been expanded to include to two additional sections of the SOW: Sections 4.13 and 4.14.
2. SOW Change: The updated Draft ITS-BISS II Contract SOW provides additional Prime and Subcontracting Guidelines (Section 5.1).
3. Task Ordering Clause: During the week of August 24th, EPA intends to post additional information on Task Ordering Clause.
4. Vendor Questions: EPA requests questions on these documents be submitted to EPA to designated Point of Contact Kami Nolte at email address: nolte.kami@epa.gov by COB Wednesday, September 2nd.
