Award was made under this solicitation on February 12, 2007 to CGI Federal, Inc., 12601 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033. The maximum potential value of the contract is $84,083,465.16. Performance under this contract was suspended pending the outcome of a protest. On April 4, 2008, EPA modified the CGI contract to continue performance of the FSMP thereunder.
