The U.S. EPA's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Office of Atmospheric Programs (OAP), Climate Protection Partnerships Division (CPPD), ENERGY STAR Commercial and Industrial Branch (ESCIB) intends to procure plaques to award to buildings or plants that qualify for the ENERGY STAR. See the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and related documents for quote submission instructions and evaluation factors.

Interested parties shall note that all questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing via the e-mail link below no later than 4:00 p.m. ET October 23, 2007. Responses to questions received by this deadline will be posted to this site and will not identify the submitter.
