PR-HQ-08-10742 Records and File Maintenance Support

June 10, 2008 Update:

The following question and answer is posted to clarify the requirement:

Question: I have reviewed the responses to questions posed for RFP # PR-HQ-08-10742 and I have one additional clarifying question. In your response to question 15 you state that "the Records Information Manager should have five or more years experience in managing projects similar in nature to the work contained in the SOW" However for the other two positions you state that their experience should be with "Federal Records Management".

Is it required that the Records Information Manager's experience with similar projects be specifically dealing with Federal Records Management or would experience managing large scale records management projects that are not specifically Federal be acceptable?

Answer: Experience managing large scale records management projects that are not specifically Federal is acceptable as long as the records management project utilized NARA as a baseline.
