Response Date: October 31 , 2008 2:00 p.m. ET

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Air & Radiation Environmental Laboratory (NAREL), requests that you submit a quotation for issue of a purchase order for 20 air filter counting instruments, including meters, detectors and shipping cases, in accordance with the attached specifications.

Quotes must prove that each of the items meets or accedes the attached specifications. Quotes will be evaluated for the lowest price technically acceptable.

EPA requires that all equipment be purchased FOB destination. Quotations are to include all costs associated with shipping, handling, and insurance for delivery FOB the National Air and Radiation Environmental Laboratory in Montgomery, Alabama.

All questions concerning this RFQ, either technical or contractual, must be submitted via email to Trina Fisher, Contract Specialist at fisher.trina@epa.gov with reference to RFQ-DC-09-00009 by Monday, October 20, 2008 at 1:00 pm.

Each offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their quotation. Final responses to this RFQ must be received by Friday, October 31, 2008 at 1:00 pm via email to Trina Fisher at fisher.trina@epa.gov.
