The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Human Resources (OHR) Headquarters Office in Washington DC requests quotes for Computer Assisted Real-Time Captioning (CART) support services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by an authorized Call Ordering Officer. This BPA will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
