RFQ-DC-09-00183 Radiation Instrumentation Calibration and Repair

Update: May 11, 2009

The purpose of this update is to inform interested vendors of a modification to the original Request for Quote. A link to the FedBizOpps website, where that modification appears, is attached immediately below. The update also corrects the link to the original FedBizOpps solicitation posted on April 28, 2009.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Radiation & Indoor Environments National Laboratory (R&IE), requests that you submit a quotation for issue of a firm-fixed-price (by line item) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity purchase order for calibration and repair of portable radiation equipment, in accordance with the attached specifications.

All offerors must be able to meet the maximum quantities detailed in the SOW. If volume discounts are available, please specify in the quote. Partial quotes will not be accepted for this requirement due to the need for consistent exposure geometries for this equipment. Quotes will be evaluated for the lowest price technically acceptable.

Shipping for this requirement will be via the US EPA's Fed-Ex Account Number, 2nd Day Air.

All questions concerning this RFQ, either technical or contractual, must be submitted via email to Trina Fisher, Contract Specialist at fisher.trina@epa.gov with reference to RFQ-DC-09-00183 by Friday, May 8, 2009 at 2:00 pm EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.

Each offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their quotation. Final responses to this RFQ must be received by Monday, May 18, 2009 at 4:00 pm via email to Trina Fisher at fisher.trina@epa.gov.
