The purpose of this modification is to extend the closing date of this RFQ, and to re-open the RFQ to questions from vendors. Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Trina Fisher, by July 20th, 2009, at 12:00 pm EST via email to fisher.trina@epa.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Submissions are due by 4:00 pm EST on July 30th, 2009 to the aforementioned email.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Transportation & Air Quality (OTAQ), Transportation & Regional Programs Division (TRPD), requests that you submit a quotation for issue of a purchase order for the maintenance and development of a truck and freight infrastructure, and SmartWay certified light duty vehicle finance clearinghouse website, as detailed in the attached statement of work.
The Government will issue the order(s) to the responsive vendor(s) whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a best-value procurement. The Government reserves the right to award to more than one vendor if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest to do so. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the directions as detailed in the attached Request For Quote.
All questions concerning this RFQ, either technical or contractual, must be submitted via email to Trina Fisher, Contract Specialist at fisher.trina@epa.gov with reference to RFQ-DC-09-00225 by Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 12:00 pm EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
Each offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their quotation. Final responses to this RFQ must be received by Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 4:00 pm EDT via email to Trina Fisher at fisher.trina@epa.gov.
