The US Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Acquisition Management (EPA/OAM) is conducting market research for informational purposes only. The intent is to identify potential small business sources (including 8(a), veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned,HUBZone, disadvantaged, and woman-owned small business concerns) with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully perform under the requirement described below. The Climate Change Division's requirement is for Technical and Outreach Support Services for Reducing Methane Emissions from Coal Mines. This requirement is a continuation and expansion to the current work provided by BCS Inc. (EP-W-05-061), Raven Ridge Resources (EP-W-05-063), and Advanced Resource International (ARI) (EP-W-05-065) under the "Coalbed Methane Outreach Program (CMOP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CMOP is a voluntary program within the Climate Change Division (CCD). Work is performed to assess and address global climate change and the associated risks to human health and the environment. A draft Statement of Work is attached immediately below.
