The US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is seeking quotes for the Security Management Division (SMD) in removing and replacing security planters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for NAICS code 561730 is average annual receipts of less than $7 million. Vendors are reminded that an order may be issue to those that are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. To register go to www.ccr.gov.
A site visit is scheduled for September 30, 2009 at 10 a.m. In addition, questions must be received by October 5, 2009 at 11 a.m.
The EPA intends to issue this Purchase Order as a fixed price. Any changes that may be required after this order has been issued must be modified into the order by the Contracting Officer (CO) before any additional work may be done. The Statement of Work is attached below.
