The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting market research to determine if there are small businesses capable of performing work in support of the EPA's Office of Enforcement Division, Mobile Source Enforcement Branch. The contractor would provide enforcement support for EPA's Clean Air Act mobile source regulatory and enforcement activities. Information concerning the potential requisition is included in the Sources Sought Notice attached immediately below.
