THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. NAICS: 541519. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) intends to award a sole source purchase order to GroupLink Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The GroupLink Corporation contract is for a one-year period of performance. It is for the upgrade protection and support of the “everything HelpDesk” and the “everything HelpDesk” unlimited groups and dashboard package. GroupLink is the only source for the services covered under this contract.
NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA’s requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
