The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Sinha Statistics Consulting, 9008 Ina Court, Columbia, MD 21045 for Statistical Analyses and Formulation, including specific experience analyzing EPA statistical problem. This is sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
