The U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) intends to purchase this requirement for COPAFS to facilitate a statistical policy seminar for EPA’s Office of Environmental Information (OEI). EPA is one of fourteen Federal agencies that share in the cost of this seminar run by the Interagency Council for Statistical Policy and that is chaired by Office of Management and Budget (OMB). EPA’s share of the requirement is $5,000.00
Every year, the Federal Committee on Statistical Methodology (FCSM) holds this Federal Statistical Seminar for these Federal Agencies in the Interagency Council for Statistical Policy OMB. FCSM is a committee group within the Interagency Council for Statistical Policy. Up to this present time, COPAFS has been handling the arrangements for these yearly seminars, and is the only known vendor with the capability to access and disseminate information and view points from the Federal statistical and data communities. COPAFS is a unique source and has the requisite knowledge in the area of Federal Statistics and also possesses the exceptional conference planning capabilities. COPAFS is an organization that advocates for the development and dissemination of high quality federal statistics and reporting.

Under FAR Part 13.105 synopsis and posting requirements, this is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to Venus Weaver via the email address below. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
