The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source delivery order under the authority of FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Promium, L.L.C., 3350 Monte Villa Parkway, Suite 220, Bothell, WA 98021 for Annual maintenance and service renewal of Promium Element LIMS software plus, 16 hours on site technical support. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
