The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Software AG Government Solutions for webMethods OneData Metamapper and webMethods OneData SLA software maintenance and support services.
This is a sole source action for software maintenance and support services. The vendor will provide software maintenance and support for both the basic webMethods OneData and the MepaMap add-on to include software bug patches, updates, and new version releases as well as technical instruction, consultation and configuration assistance. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfy the Agency's requirements.
Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated herein, may submit their corporate capabilities, which if received by the response date of this announcement may be considered. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
