Amendment 6 to the RFQ is posted below. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the language added in Amendment 5 in response to contractor comment. Please see section 2.5.2 of the document below. Additionally, responses to questions received regarding Amendment 5 to the RFQ are posted below.

Amendment 5 to the RFQ is posted below. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify instructions regarding the price quotations. Please see section 2.5.2 of the document below. Vendors shall submit revised price proposals no later than Wednesday, August 15th, 2012, at 3 pm.

EPA is also requesting questions and comments related to this amendment. Please respond to this request no later than Thursday, August 2, 2012, at 3 pm. We may allow for additional questions after further internal discussions.

Amendment 4 to the RFQ is posted below. To ensure consistency of the price proposals and their evaluation, EPA has amended Attachment 7, CLIN Structure, of the RFQ to incorporate a column designating the number of months to be used in calculating the Total Price column. Vendors are requested to submit revised price proposals via email to austin.bradley@epa.gov, no later than Friday, July 27th, 2012, at 12 pm. If desired, vendors may provide only a completed copy of the amended Attachment 7. Vendors are also being reminded that all calculations should be based on the maximum count provided for each CLIN in the attachment.

EPA is requesting vendor questions related to the final documents no later than Friday, June 8th, 2012, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Please submit your questions via email to Bradley Austin, Contracting Officer, austin.bradley@epa.gov and Joseph Hicks, Contract Specialist, hicks.joseph@epa.gov.

Quotations for this requirement shall be e-mailed to Bradley Austin, Contracting Officer, austin.bradley@epa.gov, and Joseph Hicks, Contract Specialist, hicks.joseph@epa.gov and are due on Monday, July 2nd, 2012 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

The draft version of the Task Order Request for Quotation for EPA's Cloud-Based Email and Collaboration Suite is provided below.

EPA is requesting vendor comments and questions related to the draft documents no later than May 15, 2012, at 4:00 pm. Please submit your comments and questions via email to Bradley Austin, Contracting Officer, austin.bradley@epa.gov and Joseph Hicks, Contract Specialist, hicks.joseph@epa.gov.

Comments should address the information contained in these documents to aid EPA in providing clarity and promoting maximum competition among the ITS-EPA II vendors and potential solutions. There are several elements missing from the attachments, such as contract type and proposal scoring methodology, that will be included in the final release of the RFQ. EPA anticipates the final release of the RFQ as early as May 22, 2012, but no later than May 31, 2012.

ITS-EPA II vendors are requested to continuously monitor this website for any updates. A draft version of this requirement is scheduled to be released on or about Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
