On behalf of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of the Administrator (OA), Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations (OCIR), the Program Contract Service Center (PCSC) plans to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order as set forth in FAR Part 13.106-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to CQ-Roll Call Group for a subscription to CQ-Roll Call Group Online Legislative Tracking.
The subscription will provide for tracking of congressional information through OCIR’S Legislative Library for Fiscal Year 2011. The subscription will include Amendment Text, Bill Comparison, Bill Text, BillTrack, Budget Tracker, Budget Tracker Newsletter, Committee Reports, Congressional Record, Congressional Testimony, Custom Alerts, Document Manager, Floor Votes, Hot Docs, Public Laws and Schedules.
CQ-Roll Call and its programs provide access rights to information and business intelligence that is not available elsewhere.
NO SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated herein, may submit a firm fixed price quote by 2 PM ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2010 for consideration.
A determination not to compete the purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
