Under the Authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) intends to purchase an electronic subscription service in order to provide Agency users with desktop access to the E&E Publishing LLC publications, Greenwire, Climatewire, Landletter and Environment & Energy Daily online. This procurement will be a negotiated, fixed-price sole source task order going to E&E Publishing, LLC. This is a one-time purchase for subscription services. The Government will make one award for this requirement to E&E Publishing LLC. The response is due NLT November 8, 2010.
