EPA will renew its license agreement with GAMS for GAMS/CPLEX Solver. This notice is to provide notification of a non competitive award and is for informational purposes only. This notice is not a request for proposals nor is it a solicitation for offers. Any firm that thinks it can meet this requirement may submit a response for consideration.

Other than full and open competition for this award is per FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 12. This notice closes 5 May 2010.
