The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Dell Marketing L.P. in Roundrock, TX. The purchase order is for Extended Services for Dell hardware under the Premier Enterprise Gold Support Service Contracts, available only through Dell. Dell will provide service and support to 15 Dell Power Edge 2850 servers. For more information on Dell’s Premier Enterprise Gold Support Service Contracts please refer to the following web address: www.dell.com/services. The Period of Performance varies from one year to two, depending on the server. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541513.

Any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received by the response date of this announcement (11/1/10) may be considered. Responses to posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
