The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency gives notice of its intent to solicit, negotiate and award a Purchase Order for conference support, lodging and meals, in Philadelphia, PA, under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The required facility must provide conference space for an estimated 100 attendees, light refreshments, meals, and single occupancy rooms, according to the estimated schedule/details outlined below.

- 4/28/08 – 20 Rooms
- 4/29/08 – 85 Rooms
- 4/30/08 – 85 Rooms
- 5/01/08 – 5 Rooms
Conference Space Schedule
- All-day session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 4/30
- Half-day session from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 5/1
- Continental breakfast on both days
- Morning (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) and afternoon (2-5 p.m.) refreshments on 4/30
- Private continental breakfast on 5/1 for 25 attendees
- Conference Space and Seating for attendees
- 1 Podium with handheld microphone
- 25 Microphones with push to talk feature
- Support equipment for LCD projector
- Associates set-up labor
Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing no later than April 4, 2008 at 2:00PM EDT to the Contracting Officer, Bradley Austin at austin.bradley@epa.gov .

Indicate whether you are a small business, large business, 8(a), woman owned, minority owned, and/or veteran owned business. The resulting award will be based on availability, location, and cost. The government will also evaluate the offeror's ability to provide a green facility. Telephone quotes will not be accepted. All offerors must have a valid DUNs number and fill out the Green Facility Checklist ( http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/oppts_grp/0412344/green.pdf ). Contractors must be registered in CCR (Central Contractors Registration), in accordance with FAR 4.11, to be considered for award.
