The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Security Operations Branch (SOB) in Washington, DC, is seeking to purchase four thousand (4000) ISO Prox II Gloss ID Cards.

This requirement will consist of the following line items:

The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price Purchase Order resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. This requirement has been set-aside, in full, for small-businesses. Any small business, which believes itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated herein, may submit a quote, which if received by the response date of this announcement will be considered.

All questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to latham.wayne@epa.gov . Telephonic responses to this solicitation will not be accepted. Due date for receipt of responses to this RFQ will be 4:30 PM /Eastern Time on the above-mentioned response date. Responses shall be sent to Wayne Latham, Contract Specialist, at latham.wayne@epa.gov and the Project Officer, Rose Henderson, at henderson.rose@epa.gov .

Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (http://www.ccr.gov).
