The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to exercise Option Period Three on its Purchase Order to LexisNexis of Washington, DC. This Order will provide continued access for EPA’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) to the LexisNexis Law Enforcement Page and associated LexisNexis services. The term of these services will be twelve months.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received by the response date shown above, will be considered.
