This is a Simplified Acquisition for Sponsorship in the amount of $10,000.00 for the Office of Small Business Programs, for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) will hold its 81st National Convention, the week of July 12- 17, 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

EPA and LULAC have an ongoing Memorandum of Understanding to form a partnership on key social issues such as:

1) environmental justice
2) children's health
3) employment issues

Under the simplified acquisition procedures for other than full and open competitions authorized by FAR part 6.302-2, is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
