The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) is seeking quotes for the Office of Planning, Analysis, and Accountability (OPAA). OPAA requires support from a vendor with expertise in public communications and experience working with senior-level government policy makers to lead OPAA managers in designing and implementing a communications strategy.
This procurement is set-aside for 8(a) companies.
