The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Criminal Investigations Division (CID) intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to ACE Parking, Inc. The value of this procurement is approximately $20,000. The period of performance for this requirement is January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. The EPA CID requires six (6) reserved, underground, secure parking spaces with twenty-four (24) hour access for Government-owned vehicles in support of the CID Seattle office located at 1200 Sixth Avenue, Suite 900, Seattle, WA. ACE Parking is the only known vendor that can provide secured underground parking within two blocks of that location.

NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Schwartz.rachel@epa.gov by December 7, 2009 at 1 PM EST. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
